Coyote Awareness in Nashville, TN

Without specific proof, we can only surmise that this is a coydog. A coydog is a hybrid of a coyote and a dog. Coydog sightings have been reported in the West Meade and Green Hills areas.

This amazing photograph was taken by Marjorie in the West Meade area. This potential coydog was sighted coming out of the woods and acted nothing like a domesticated dog. Marjorie also reported seeing several coyotes over time in the area around Brownlee Drive.
